| Background For the past 2 years, TOS Cherry Pickers have been sharing options ideas to maximize profits. We started off trading monthly options to get the extrinsic crush. We then added weekly options to have income all month long. We are now using a "Cherry Pickers Market Direction Gauge", to give us market direction. With the success of doing simple long option trades, we cut down our trade cost compared to spreads. These kind of trades can also be done in retirement and tax free savings accounts. The group also set up a news sharing system to share major news stories to would affect stock prices. With members all over the country and in different parts of the world, people have shared info that other members may not have heard or considered as impacting certain stocks. We called this News Trade Alert. |

| GOAL I want to have a group of individuals that can understand these trades and be willing to meet twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Some meet in person, most meet online. With the internet and webinars, distance is not an issue. From the comfort of your computer, you can join the meeting. We would meet for an hour and discuss stocks that fit this criteria, best time to enter and exit the trade. We will teach how to set up the TOS platform. It is a group of like minded positive individuals sharing to get the most out of this trade. |

| Tools: The members section contains many tools available in a multitude of formats to help one achieve financial success and the joy to appreciate it. We have detailed instructions on how to set up the TOS platform, so that Cherry Picking is as simple as possible. We have webinars showing how easy it is. Our library contains a number of books, university documents, DVD's and CD's to help you take your life to the levels that you want. As we grow, we are continuously adding to the material, so that new members can get up to speed as quickly as possible.Members get a copy of the heat map on a daily basis, share ideas on a blog and use skype to communicate on a regular basis. |

| Membership: • Membership is $65 per year. Members have 60 days to get a complete refund. Members can attend online as most do or at Dennis' residence in Windsor, Ontario. Meetings are recorded and posted and an email is sent out with the comments. Members can pay by PayPal or Cheque. |
